Cups

All my handmade cups are thrown on the wheel before being hand painted with surface patterns. Some cups feature pinched indentations which makes them easier to hold and grip. 

I love to draw and often adorn my work with original images inspired by nature. I enhance the surface of my pottery with patterns, or tangles, using the Zentangle® method. Tangles are beautiful images that are mindfully created by drawing structured patterns. I hand draw and paint all of the designs using colorful underglazes before glazing and firing pieces for the final time. For more about my process, please check out the 'About' section.
